I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in Life Transitions.

Individuals, couples and families can feel anxious, depressed, stressed, overwhelmed and in some cases 'stuck' when changes occur. Counselling and/or coaching can support the process to move forward from surviving to thriving.


I am a Certified Organizational Coach (COC) ​
Individuals and couples are invited to a collaborative and creative process to develop their personal and professional potential.

It’s my sincere desire to foster healthy relationships within family systems, helping clients navigate life’s inevitable chaos, providing opportunities for growth and maintaining open lines of communication, and to raise children in an ever-changing environment. 


Online Video Appointments​

I now offer clients convenient online video appointments.  I have completed a Certificate in Telehealth for Mental Health Professionals.  You can access my services from the comfort of your own home or office, via computer with a stable internet connection. The video consultations are powered by OnCall Health, committed to complete privacy between healthcare providers and their clients.
